Returns (With Redo Coverage)
If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return shipping is covered. Returns can be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our return portal for a free return label. You may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, or stains. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, based on availability. All sale and final sale items, including accessories, are not eligible for return. Store credit is valid for 90 days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, or stains. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, based on availability.
