Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Simply Limitless Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

You’ll need your order number and the zipcode used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Sale” or “Final Sale”
  • Items in the Sale collection
  • Accessories, hats, jewelry, and bags

Return Options
Once your return is approved, you’ll be able to choose from available return options, including:

  • Store credit (issued as a gift card)
  • Refund to your original form of payment

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A return label will be provided through the return portal, and the cost will be deducted or paid during the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you will be prompted to upload photos through the return portal for review. These requests are reviewed manually so we can make it right.
